    We will arrange a call to discuss your goals, objectives, lifestyle, and availability. This conversation will last approximately 1-2 hours to ensure we align our objectives and schedules effectively.

  • Program Design

    Once we've confirmed our decision to proceed, you'll enroll in the coaching program. You'll then complete an athlete questionnaire. Following this, we'll set you up on Training Peaks, and I'll start crafting your personalized plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

  • Delivery

    Your training program will be delivered weekly through Training Peaks, with touch points throughout the week. You'll receive feedback as frequently as necessary to support your progress.
